GENOME SHOCKER: Homo Erectus genes in modern humans?

On the mainstream newscientist.com website there is an article by Alice Klein which reports that in addition to two hominin species that the 60,000 year old Asia-Pacific humans mated with, the Neanderthals and the Denisovans, there is a third unknown species that is not accounted for in the genomes of living Indigenous Australians, Papuans, people from the Andaman Islands near India, and from mainland India. Some scientists are speculating that this species may be Homo Erectus but there is no H.E. skeleton well-preserved enough to test from although, at some point, there well may be.

    2. Yes i did. I made sure to keep it warm too. It is served best that way. Joerging sure takes alot out of you.

  2. Interesting news. They suspect Homo Erectus but it could also be a third, yet unknown, species.

    1. This is revolutionary. It is the first time I've heard of Homo Erectus genes being in modern populations. Of course, so is Neanderthal and Denisovan but they are still Homo Sapien whereas Homo Erectus is classified as another species, at least for the time being.

  3. So, this is something that is served to Joerg? What does Joerg have to do with it if you prepare it yourself?

    1. It has to do with the whole bigfooting lifestyle. In the bigfoot community the name Joerg is now a common verb. For instance "I really want to Joerg outside and get some sunshine", or "If you go to the bathroom make sure and Joerg from front to back" And this new Joerg lingo has now been so succesful that the name Joerg is starting to be used to describe all matter of things. Joerg juice is just one of the many examples that are floating around out there.

    1. Who is Mr. Squatch? Do you mean Dr. Squatch?

    2. If you believe he's a doctor you also probably believe his so called evidence.

      ha ha you funny.

    3. Vegasthedog says none of Mr. Squatch's pictures show the same traits.

      ha ha that's funny.

    4. What is the end for "Mr" Squatch's evidence? The finding that the Homo Erectus gene is found in modern humans? What does that have to do with Dr. Squatch's evidence?

    6. You seem to have an issue communicating effectively. Are you the same individual that doesn't have an original thought and also has to quote dMaKeR?

    7. Beta males are a little harder to communicate with.

      ha ha

    8. The beta male is the weasel that has to quote other men like vegasthedog and dmaker.

      Hope this helps, cuck. LOL

    10. The fact that you are old enough to assume that someone you are communicating with is younger than you is troublesome considering that you let other men do the talking for you.

At what age will you speak for yourself?

      Delete
    11. The fact is that when I talk, you listen.

...and answer with the comedic responses I desire.

      Thank you.

    12. Well, if I can entertain a beta male then I guess my job is done.

      You're welcome.

    14. I'm seeing a face Dr. Squatch but not a baby lying down.

    15. I put "Laying down" so people would know to look sideways.

      Delete
    16. You should have a layover outline because I'm only seeing a head/face that is upright.

  5. Anon over at BFE says Mr. Squatch thinks people can find several different types of cryptids in your own local bushes.

    1. His evidence is hard to refute.

    2. Dr. Squatch has a science background and a trained eye. In your life you may have been exposed to cryptids but were totally unaware of their presence.

    3. Buy really, really strong glasses.

    4. Name someone in the bigfoot community that is a better researcher than Dr. Squatch. Jeffrey Meldrum isn't. Meldrum limits himself to Bigfoot, never finds Bigfoot, and would be totally out of his element if he encountered, say, a Catman.

Dr. Squatch, do you follow stories on the human genome as detailed in the post at the top of this page. You are a man of science and must have an interest in anthropology and genetics.

    5. Safe to say anyone would be out of thier element if they encountered a

      Catman !

Please take a couple of much needed "grow up" pills, kid.

I'm starting to worry about you...

      Delete
    6. I think someone that is able to maintain composure and steadily snap photos of Catmen and other cryptids is in their element when encountering such creatures.

      Delete
    7. Name one person who has done that...

      And be specific.

      Delete
    8. Thank you in advance. Whatever answer you give I'm sure it will be comedy genius. Drink your milk and brush your teeth before you go to bed, kid.

    9. 11:13, you sound like a cryptid denier.

    10. Take it easy, 11:30 he may just be a Catman denier.
