BRINGING BACK THE DINOSAURS IS ALREADY HAPPENING!!!!!!

Yes, retro-engineering a bird into a dinosaur is already happening. Paleontologist Jack Horner is on the case. You may think its crazy to modify chickens but Horner would say that its no crazier than modifying a wolf into a chihuahua or a wiener dog, which already happened centuries ago. Are chickens sacrosanct but wolves not?

Our future? Click to enlarge

Since birds are closely related to dinosaurs, some of the chicken modifications will involve turning dormant ancestral genes back on again. The dinosaur traits that are no longer even dormant in birds have will be introduced transgenically, which is the process of introducing an exogenous(produced or originating outside of an organism) gene into a living organism. WATCH THE VIDEO. It explains everything. The dawn of the new age of cryptozoology is already here.

    2. Jack Horner is not getting much media scrutiny because because what he's trying to accomplish is not here yet and is seen as far fetched. Its a very realistic and achievable goal though, and when this progresses you'll be hearing more about it.

      To dinosaurs, no foreigner,
      Eating a T-Rex thigh;
He ate down to a crumb,
Topped it off with some rum,
And said, "Resurrect the dinos, will I!"

      Sorry

  2. Me thinks this is quite the coincidence that Alain was just talking about thiese things a few days ago. Wowy ! The moderators must keep a sharp eye on what goes on in here. ...Or Alain is one of the management. Either way it's a fascinating subject.

    1. Ricky, no coincidence! There are more than a few people that want to shift from the current "what was that?" Ghosthunters approach to Cryptozoology to the actual reality that is happening now and in a short time will be much more interested and potentially terrifying than all the tall tales.

    2. Alain, I can see it now... Big game hunters lining up with mega cash to go on safari for some wild form of engineered creature. It reminds me of those old 50's black and white monster movies. Giant ants, Gillman or maybe a Cyclops. Shiver me timbers that's spooky!:) Who knows maybe that's what people are seeing NOW. Tee Hee Ricky will be sleeping with his head under the covers tonight:)

    3. Good points, gentlemen. What was science fiction is quickly becoming reality. Some of it is unfolding naturally but some is by design like the flip phone which resembled Star Trek communicators, for example. Here's a strange story in the news about aspects of the future resembling The Most Dangerous Game, aka The Running Man, aka Hunger Games...

  3. This whole thing is bringing back childhood nightmares of a movie called The Island of Dr. Moreau ! I booped my britches watching that one... Say it ain't so mommy! Tee Hee WHAT IS THE LAW ! The mad doctor tried to train the hybrid human monsters to follow some crazy version of his laws. It didn't work out so well. My goose bumps are already flying south for the winter ! Ooh la la somebody please change the subject around here.:)

  4. Now wait just a second, Ricky. Don't leave us hanging. You see, some of us are more than casual movie goers. There is more than just one Island of Dr. Moreau movie and there are several movies based on the 1896 H. G. Wells novel. Now, assuming you are referring to a movie literally titled The Island of Dr. Moreau, were your childhood horrors precipitated by a viewing of the 1977 or 1996 version?

My personal favorite is a 1932 version called Island of Lost Souls starring Charles Laughton as the mysterious Dr. Moreau.

    5. Someone is planning to create a bigfoot, as we speak! Will it look like the Patterson or will other bigfoot influence the design??

    6. Since I have actually seen a Bigfoot in real life me thinks I am qualified to answer this question. Picture a big brawny male Patterson creature that is hellbent on staying away from humans. The Patterson film was simply a fluke and might not ever be repeated. On top of all that, they are dying, going extinct. :( So to answer your question new best friend 3:12, if they are trying to recreate a Bigfoot, that is what it will look like. I love sharing my knowledge of Bigfoot and getting it off my hairy chest. My experience has been a blessing and a burden. :) :(

    7. If they're going extinct, then their re-creation will create a seamless timeline of existing Bigfoot.

    8. New best friend @ 8:23 we're talking a lot of if's here and a seamless timeline of existing Bigfoots is a little "out there" even for me. Maybe you are like me, a salty peanut with big imagination and heart to go along with it. Keep those thoughts and letters coming !:)

      It's just me,
      Ricky:)

    9. People like Jack Horner are already "hacking" animals and there are plenty of people hacking themselves, like elf ears, horns, etc... So, if Bigfoot is dying, going extinct, as you say, and someone approximates a bigfoot with their own body or someone gene modifies themself with "throwback" characteristics such as excess body hair like those wolf-boys...bigfoot will live on, seamless.

  5. 10:53 my new best friend, I believe it was the 77 version with an actor named York. I've never heard of a 1932 movie based on the same story. Gee whiz this stuff has been around along time. Note to self (Ricky) buy more pepper spray for next camp out! :)

    1. The 1932 version may have been the best of them all. I remember Michael York from another great scifi movie called Logan's Run with Jenny Agutter.

    1. Who do you mean when you say "they"? The US? What about China, Russia, or rogue nations? What about a geneticist setting up shop somewhere in Africa? What about someone doing it illegally in the US? Technology is increasing exponentially and what Jack Horner is struggling with now will be able to be done in a tiny fraction of the time in a short number of years from now. And speaking of Horner, he's already working on it. Not everyone abides by US laws or laws in general.
